Registration Process
1. Access the Registration Portal: 👉 Registration Portal (link)
Visit the registration portal to select your preferred registration type and any social events you wish to attend.
Note: Each registrant may submit a maximum of two (2) presentations/abstracts under their registration.
2. Complete Payment and Upload Payment Receipt
Securely complete your payment through the University of Patras Payment Environment. After completing your payment, note the Order ID provided by 👉EPay – Upatras (link).
While uploading the payment receipt can be skipped initially, you must upload a PDF copy of your receipt and provide the Order ID within five (5) days of registration to confirm your participation.
3. Submit the Registration Form
Finalize your registration by submitting the form. Ensure all required fields are completed for successful submission.
Registration Fees
The registration fees are structured based on participant type and timing of registration. Take advantage of our Pre-booking stage, starting on December 28, 2024, to secure the best rates.
Please note that all payments will be processed through the secure payment environment of the University of Patras – EPay.Upatras.
